In the late 2000s our house brand beef jerky took home the National Championship, then turned around the following year and did it again. Back-to-back titles, same recipe, same smoker, same stubborn refusal to cut corners.

Our Story
The Beef Jerky Emporium opened in 2001 with a simple idea: bring the best jerky to our customers.
Two decades later the shop is wall-to-wall with jerky, sticks, smoked sausage, hot sauce, pickles, seasonings, and gourmet goods you won't find at the grocery store. If a small maker somewhere is doing something right, we usually find them.
Good meat. Good people. Good Oklahoma shop.
The Owner
The guy behind the counter, the smoker, and most of the bad jokes. Mark has been running the Emporium since day one, hand-picking every brand that earns a spot on the shelf.

"I was heading to Hobby Lobby and happened to look up and saw this place next door. I was EXCITED! Of course we had to go in, and was it awesome! They have such a variety of yummy jerkies and flavoring to make your own. The owner is so nice and knowledgeable about his products. He even has a special freezer section of tamales, steaks, and Chile Rellenos that are SO good! We got the chicken tamales and they were delicious!"

The Beef Jerky Emporium opens at 10:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, closes at 6:00 PM, and is closed on Sunday.
